Quick Start Guide
Get your Swiftly Workspace up and running in under 10 minutes.
1. Create your workspace
Sign up at app.swiftly-workspace.com with your email address. Choose your workspace name and you’re in. No credit card required for the 14-day trial.
2. Invite your team
Navigate to Settings → Team and add team members by email. Assign roles (Admin, Member, Viewer) to control access levels.
3. Create your first Case
Click New Case from any module. Give it a name, assign a team, set a timeline, and start adding Tasks. Each Task automatically gets its own AI agent.
4. Set up your AI agents
On any Task, click the AI Agent panel. Write instructions for what the agent should do. The agent starts working immediately.
