What is an AI Agent?

An AI agent is a dedicated assistant attached to a specific Case or Task. Each agent has its own context, instructions, and memory.

Setting up an agent

On any Task or Case, click the AI Agent panel. Write natural language instructions describing what the agent should do.

Agent capabilities

  • Draft content — Emails, proposals, reports, status updates
  • Follow up — Monitor deadlines and send reminders
  • Summarize — Generate status summaries from activity
  • Coordinate — Link information across cases and tasks
  • Analyze — Surface insights from project data

Best practices

  • Be specific with instructions
  • Review agent outputs before sending externally
  • Use agent templates for common task types
  • Provide feedback to improve performance over time
