Workspace

Your Workspace is your company’s home in Swiftly. It contains all your modules, data, team members, and settings.

Modules

Modules are the building blocks of your workspace. Each handles a specific business function. Modules share data seamlessly — a deal in Sales can create a Case in Projects.

Cases

A Case is a top-level container for a body of work — a project, a client engagement, a support ticket. Cases have their own timeline, team, budget, and linked Tasks.

Tasks

Tasks live inside Cases. What makes Swiftly unique: every Task has its own dedicated AI agent that you can instruct to handle specific parts of the work.

AI Agents

Every Case and Task comes with a dedicated AI agent. You give it instructions and it handles the work: drafting emails, generating reports, following up on deadlines.
