General

Within general you can define the basic information regarding of your lead or customer. Going from its legal/commercial name, and VAT number to the customer specific reference number.

Additionally you can segment your customers through status, classification and dimensions (1 through 8, depending on configuration).

At the bottom you have the observations field that you are free to use.
