We're excited to announce Swiftly Workspace v1.5 — our biggest release yet. This update introduces two entirely new modules (Fleet Management and Logistics), our first autonomous AI agent, and dozens of improvements across the platform.
Fleet Management Module
For businesses that manage vehicle fleets, Workspace v1.5 introduces a complete fleet management module. Track vehicle locations, schedule maintenance, monitor fuel costs, manage driver assignments, and optimise routes — all from the same platform where you manage your sales and operations.
Because Fleet is a native Workspace module (not an integration), your fleet data flows directly into operations planning, procurement (automatic parts ordering), and finance (fuel cost tracking and depreciation).
Logistics Tracking
The new Logistics module provides end-to-end shipment tracking, carrier management, and delivery scheduling. Connect it with your Sales and Warehouse modules for automatic fulfilment workflows: when a deal closes, the system generates a pick list, assigns a carrier, and creates a shipment — automatically.
For businesses using both Fleet and Logistics, the modules work together seamlessly. Assign your own fleet vehicles to deliveries or route to third-party carriers based on cost and availability.

Autonomous Procurement Agent
Our most requested feature: the first Swiftly AI Agent. The Procurement Agent monitors stock levels across all warehouses, analyses consumption patterns, and automatically generates purchase orders when reorder thresholds are hit.
It considers supplier lead times, bulk pricing breaks, and budget constraints — then routes the PO for human approval or processes it autonomously based on your configured approval rules.
This is just the beginning. Sales, Operations, and Fleet agents are in development and coming in future releases.
What Else Is New
Beyond the headline features, v1.5 includes improved dashboard customisation, faster search across all modules, enhanced Apple Business Manager integration, and performance improvements across the board. We've also expanded our integrations catalogue with 15 new connectors including Xero, MYOB, and CargoWise.
As always, the update is available immediately on the App Store for macOS, iPadOS, and iOS.
