We experienced the pain of fragmented business tools firsthand. So we built the platform we always wished existed.
OUR STORY
Swiftly started with a simple frustration: running a business shouldn’t require a PhD in software integration.
As operators ourselves — running development agencies, marketing firms, and consulting practices — we lived the pain of fragmented tool stacks every single day. A CRM that didn’t talk to our project management. Procurement handled in spreadsheets. Operations coordinated over WhatsApp. Every tool had its own login, its own learning curve, and its own monthly bill.
When AI matured enough to genuinely augment business workflows — not just as a chatbot, but as a real operational layer — we saw the opportunity to build something fundamentally different. Not another point solution. Not another tool to add to the stack. A complete business operating system, built with AI at the core from day one.
We started building in late 2025. By early 2026, Swiftly Workspace was live and serving businesses across Europe. We ship fast, we listen to our users, and we’re just getting started.

After experiencing tool fragmentation across our own companies, we began designing a unified platform.
